The chickens have come home to roost as they say and I need to pay some serious bills. If I’m going to be grounded during the clay court season, I want it to be worth my time, so I’m aiming to make some moolah. I’m envisioning taking advantage of this Asian pass I was hip to a few months ago. It’s been in the back of my mind and a few days ago, I awoke with a real sense that it might be very possible.
Let the planning begin. I’m aiming for these tourneys:
There will be much to negotiate but this time around I’m going to follow the lead I took in Shanghai and aim for youth hostels, which turned out to be an underutilized option for me last year. If I had stuck to those, I would have been able to stay under budget and send this email from the road! Oh well, you live and learn.
As Miami has turned out to be an epic fail, Roddick in the final again!? Yawn, I’ve decided to cheer myself up by focusing on the future.
Clay court season = direct TV watching
Come August, I should be in gear to head out on the road to Legg Mason in DC!
‘Til then it’s keeping myself entertained via twitter.
