The 2014 US Open

Posted on August 17, 2014December 6, 2014 by Agallivant

Congratulations to the winners of the 2014 Western and Southern Open (Cincy Tennis) singles’ events: Serena Williams and Roger Federer. It’s great to see Serena capture her first title in Cincinnati and Roger get his 6th to take him to 22 masters shields.

Within the next few days, I expect to upload a fan’s perspective on attending the Cincy tournament. I hope she will inspire you to make the trip and see world class tennis up close. Keep an eye out for it.

As for me,  the wait is almost over! I will be traveling to New York City for the 2014 US Open. At the moment, I have tickets for the evening sessions on the first weekend including Friday,  all day Labor Day, and the men’s semi-finals on Saturday, September 6th. Depending on how the draw turns out, I might add an additional day during the 2nd week. Let’s hear it for the last slam of 2014!

How great is this Sky Sports promo? (Not too biased, eh?)
