The Legg Mason tournament reminds of Halle — it has a small town/local vibe. The crowd really gets behind Americans and are very vocal in their support. It’s a stark contrast to the Masters 1000 events I’ve been to in the US thus far; this feel more like a local event rather than international affair filled with global tennis players.
