Looks like Gasquet decided to try a little harder this week. You know what I love about this win? They could meet in New Haven and. I couldn’t predict who would win. Inconsistent French boys.

Speaking of headcases, it looks like Monfils did not show up on the court. He made some sort of apology on twitter about how he conducted himself on court, probably playing lackluster as he was in Indian Wells. He can be so moody and sluggish at times. It’s too bad he can’t seem to generate internal energy for his matches, seeming to need the adulation of the crowd to egg him on in matches.

This scorer line just makes me sad for Blake. I am not sure if he will make it back, but he did get a wild card for the USO. I hope he doesn’t lose in the first round. Who knows he could go deep. I am constantly surprised by the will of players when it comes to slams.
